When is ‘Bar Management Bootcamp’?
‘Bar Management Bootcamp’ will run from 10AM–12PM EST on 4 consecutive Tuesdays in May and June 2025 (05/20, 05/27, 06/03, 06/10), with virtual and in-person sessions led by established Boston-based operators.


How much does it cost?
OFFSITE is committed to removing barriers to participation based on cost for our educational programming. A reimbursable program fee of $2,400 per business via the Massachusetts’ Workforce Training Fund Express Program (WFT) allows two team members—a W-2 employee and a plus one—to attend Bar Management Bootcamp. 

  • Those eligible for funding must register for the program and provide OFFSITE with all relevant documentation by April 22, 2025.

  • We require a $100 deposit at the time of registration to secure your spot, applied towards the total program fee. The remaining balance will be requested in full during Session 01 on May 20.

  • Full reimbursement will be provided by WFT within 6–10 weeks of the program’s conclusion.

Is my business eligible for WFT reimbursement?
To be eligible for Workforce Training Fund reimbursement, a business must meet the following criteria and submit the following documentation to OFFSITE by April 22:

  • W-2 Employee name, information, and acknowledgement they can attend all four sessions

  • Business W-9

  • Business Certificate of Good Standing from Department of Revenue issued within the last six months*

    *NOTE: If you do not have your W-9 and Certificate of Good Standing at this moment, you may still secure your spot by filling out the registration form and paying your $100 deposit. OFFSITE will follow up with you to procure the remaining documents before the April 22 due date.


Can I attend if my business is not eligible for WFT reimbursement?
If you are not eligible for a WFT reimbursement (i.e. your business does not have a W-2 employee who can register for the program), OFFSITE will work with you to help secure a scholarship. Please continue with your registration and $100 deposit, and we will follow up with you soon.
