NOW ACCEPTING STUDENTS FOR JAN 2019
This four-week, hands-on, chemistry-driven distillation course is designed specifically for working bartenders, taught by Cassidy Edwards of GrandTen and Nick Korn of OFFSITE. Students will be guided through an in-depth exploration of the distillation process in four modules: fermentation, distillation, cutting and maturation.

Each class builds upon the previous module and is comprised of a mixture of hands-on activity, classroom learning, and tasting. Prospective students are expected to have a working knowledge of distillation and to be familiarity with tasting spirits. GrandTen Distilling Academy boasts 100+ grads from some of the best bars and restaurants in Boston and beyond.
