Consumer Events that change perceptions.

School of Booze is rooted flipping the concept of Consumer Education on it’s head: by providing a level of in-depth of knowledge usually reserved for bartenders, a self-selecting group of spirit enthusiasts were able to take their spirit knowledge to the next level. With four classes—ranging from Traditional Whisky from Unexpected Places, to The Spirits of History woven through wormwood—attendees left with a peek at just how deep they can go, and a thirst to learn, and taste, more.

A taste-around of great tequilas paired with tacos! Guests were invited to try tequilas from dozens of producers, and tacos from local chefs. For those wanting more, there was an Introduction to Agave class, and cocktail demonstrations.

In it's fifth year, Thirst Boston is New England's premier Cocktail Festival. Firmly rooted in its dedication to education, Thirst Boston brings together bartenders and consumers for a weekend of seminars, tastings, and events celebrating New England's beverage culture. The festival features over 35 classes, including hands-on teaching kitchens, categorical tastings, distiller’s round tables and walking tours. After class, guests cut loose at parties as well as State Lines, a booze-fueled state fair New England State Fair and the Blender Bender, a frozen drink competition.

CREATE is an annual arts, food and beverage event hosted in Boston. OFFSITE coordinates the festival's beverage production and execution including staffing, licensing, and cocktail production for over 700 guests.
